JamMo - Jamming Mobile

JamMo is a music making game for children from 3 to 12 years old. It is played with a mobile phone.

The game is divided into two applications targeted for different age groups. JamMo 3-6 consists of a singing game and a composition game. JamMo 7-12 provides a sequencer, orientation games, virtual instruments, and a community. Both versions support ad hoc pair gaming.

The JamMo is originally a product of the UMSIC science and technology project funded under EU 7th Framework program. The current development is being carried out within JamMo Open Source Project.

The version 1.0, released during July 2011, can be installed into Nokia N9 and Nokia N900 mobile phones. There are also unofficial packages for an Ubuntu desktop Linux.
